Sharalyn Lehman
Sharalyn Lehman brings a deeply grounded, restorative presence to retreat leadership — one shaped by both science and soul. With a background in biology and healthcare, and years of study in movement, Pilates, Reiki, sound healing, and meditation, she guides from a place of lived wisdom, attunement, and quiet strength. As the owner of GYROTONIC® movement centers in both Seattle and Friday Harbor, her work has long been devoted to helping people return to the intelligence, adaptability, and healing capacity of the body.
Sharalyn’s journey into cold water began during a profound season of grief, after the loss of her mother. What emerged through that practice was not only resilience, but a more intimate relationship with presence itself. In cold immersion, she discovered a threshold — a place where surrender, sensation, and renewal could meet. That experience now informs the way she holds retreat space: gently, intuitively, and with deep respect for the body’s own timing.
As co-leader of Cold Water Immersion, Sharalyn offers participants a rare combination of steadiness and sensitivity. She creates the conditions for people to soften, open, and listen inwardly. Her leadership is subtle yet profound, helping others reconnect to their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and remember the strength that emerges when they are fully present.
Natalie King
Natalie King brings a catalytic, compassionate presence to retreat leadership — one shaped by philosophy, embodiment, and personal transformation. As a writer, actress, and Level 2 Wim Hof Method instructor, she guides from a place of insight, lived experience, and deep devotion to the human capacity for change. Her work is devoted to helping people reclaim vitality, resilience, and self-trust by returning to the body as a source of truth, intelligence, and power.
Natalie’s path into cold water began during a period of intense anxiety and depression, when immersion became far more than a practice — it became a turning point. Through breathwork, discipline, and daily encounters with discomfort, she discovered that the body could become a portal into strength, clarity, and renewed identity. That experience now shapes the way she leads retreat space: with courage, warmth, and reverence for what becomes possible when we meet ourselves fully.
As co-leader of Cold Water Immersion, Natalie creates experiences that help participants transform stress into steadiness and discomfort into freedom. She invites people to step beyond survival mode and into a more awake, vital relationship with their lives. Her leadership is both fierce and welcoming, helping others remember that resilience is not something we chase, but something we uncover.
